You’re a club member or renter. You know how to fly — you just need the plane, the schedule, and a straight answer on what you owe.
This page covers the four things members actually do.
No approval queue, no phone calls. Members book directly.
KDPA-KOJC, the practice area, that $100 hamburger).Only airworthy aircraft show up as bookable. If a plane is in the shop or grounded on a squawk, it won’t appear — so what you see open is genuinely open.
Recurring bookings: if you fly every Saturday morning, book it once and hit Make Recurring. It rolls forward automatically until you stop it.
Cancel late? Your club’s cancellation window applies — for example, cancel inside 24 hours and a late-cancel fee may hit your account. The window is your club’s policy; you’ll see it in the booking confirmation.
Found something wrong? A soft brake, a sticky door, a radio that cuts out? Report it before you walk away.
Your club’s mechanic gets notified and takes it from there. If it’s serious, the aircraft comes off the schedule automatically until it’s signed back off. Filing a squawk isn’t a hassle — it’s how the next member doesn’t inherit your problem.
Open Billing to see what you owe. Every flight shows up as line items — aircraft time at your club’s hourly rate, plus any extras. Monthly dues, if your club charges them, appear on the same page.
Open Logbook after each flight and log it — date, aircraft, route, time, landings. Member flights save immediately; no one signs off on a rated pilot’s time.
The app also tracks your currency for you:
| Currency | What It Watches |
|---|---|
| Passenger currency | 3 takeoffs and landings in the last 90 days |
| Night passenger | 3 full-stop night landings in 90 days |
| Instrument | 6 approaches etc. in the last 6 calendar months |
| Flight review | Within the last 24 calendar months |
Green means good. Yellow means fix it soon. Red means you can’t exercise that privilege until you do. It beats counting on your fingers, and it beats finding out in a ramp check.
Your logbook exports any time — it’s your record.
